NRGaming builds a white-label B2B platform for sports and casino operators. Many operator brands run on it, each a high-traffic, real-time consumer product.

Scope

• Delivery ownership. Lead delivery of the client applications for high-traffic, real-time B2B and B2C products, with responsibility for their architecture, performance, maintainability and production stability.
• Multi-brand platform. Own the shared web application platform across multiple brands — brand-specific configuration, localization, branding and environment separation.
• Modernization. Modernize legacy areas of the platform by reducing duplication, consolidating reusable modules and introducing a clearer project structure, so several teams can deliver faster on shared code.
• Architecture and shared components. Built the application architecture and component library used across the product.
• Mobile. Contributed to the React Native mobile app.
• Cross-functional work. Translate complex business requirements into reliable solutions with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend engineers, QA and DevOps.

Scope

• Product delivery. Delivered production features in cross-functional teams, working closely with product owners, managers, QA, backend engineers and other engineers.
• Quality and performance. Improved performance, reusability and code quality through refactoring, code reviews, reusable components and better integration patterns.
• Technical input. Took part in Agile delivery, technical discussions, estimation, and the integration between client applications and backend services for complex business workflows.

BetConstruct is a large B2B provider of sports and gaming technology, operating across 70+ countries.

Scope

• Real-time products. Built and maintained functionality for betting and gaming products that work with real-time data, web services and performance-sensitive user flows.
• Integration. Integrated data from APIs and backend services — including live data over WebSockets — to improve product functionality, user experience and reliability.
• Stability. Improved existing applications by resolving production issues and performance problems, supporting stable production use across operator-facing platforms.

Scope

• Banking. Worked on a mobile banking app, gaining a working understanding of how mobile banking transactions flow through the system and why reliability matters there.
• Recruitment. Built features for a job portal using Angular and Ionic.
• Cross-platform mobile. Developed web and hybrid mobile features for iOS and Android, with a solid understanding of how mobile applications behave on both platforms.
• Team practice. Worked with designers and developers in a multidisciplinary team using Agile, Scrum and Kanban.
